Arizona National Livestock Show Scholarships
Scholarship applications are accepted and reviewed once a year. The deadline to apply is March 15th.
The Arizona National Livestock Show invests in the future of agriculture by awarding more than $70,000 in scholarships each year to students who have participated in the Arizona National Livestock Show or the Arizona National Horse Show. These scholarships support students pursuing both four year college degrees and trade school education.
Since the program began, the Scholarship Program has awarded more than 1,000 scholarships totaling over $1.4 million. The program is funded through a combination of investment revenue, a portion of official merchandise sales, 100% of membership dues, proceeds from live auctions and generous contributions from individual donors.
Arizona National Undergraduate Scholarship
Application Deadline: March 15, 2026.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School graduate.
- Twelve credit hours completed after high school graduation and prior to applying.
- Currently taking at least twelve credit hours at a college or university.
- Will be an undergraduate student in the upcoming fall semester.
- Maintaining a minimum 2.5 GPA (A=4)
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree.
- Demonstrate an interest in agriculture.
- Participation in the Arizona National Livestock Show or Arizona National Horse Show as an exhibitor, contestant, volunteer or intern for a minimum of two years, does not need to be consecutive. Please note: More than one year of participation is required for eligibility.
Arizona National Trade School Scholarship
Application Deadline: March 15, 2026.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School senior or recent high school graduate (2024 or later)
- Currently enrolled in an accredited junior college or trade school in an approved trade program (see below)
- Maintaining a minimum 2.5 GPA (A=4)
- Participation in the Arizona National Livestock Show or Arizona National Horse Show as an exhibitor, contestant, volunteer or intern for a minimum of two years, does not need to be consecutive. Please note: More than one year of participation is required for eligibility.
Donate to the Scholarship Program
Education is key to the success of our youth – the future of our agricultural industry. We encourage contributions to the Arizona National Scholarship Program to motivate students in academic pursuits in agriculture. The Arizona National Membership Program directs all membership dues directly to the Arizona National Scholarship Program.
